- Changeover day: changeover day is Saturday - rental periods are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. During the Peak season, rental periods are for a minimum of two weeks.
- Linen & towels: linen and pool towels are provided and changed weekly.
- Baby equipment: a high chair and cot are available if requested in advance. Cot linen must be provided by the client.
- Heating fuel: if required (normally during Low season), heating fuel is additional and charged at cost.
- Other additional charges: where additional charges arise (breakages, telephone charges etc) these will be settled via a separate cheque or offset against the Security Deposit within 7 days of departure or as agreed by the owners.
