| Recently renovated, La Résigné is a traditional three-storey house with lovely high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The house has five spacious bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort and style. |

The ground floor of La Résigné comprises a huge salon with both sitting and dining areas, cloakroom, kitchen and utility room.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and a range-style cooker with double oven. The adjoining utility room is equipped with a double-door fridge-freezer (with ice dispenser), a washing/drying machine and ample space for storage. |

| The sitting area in the salon has been equipped with a television (UK channels available), DVD player and stereo system. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs for up to ten people and has French doors opening onto the garden. |

| La Résigné has five large double bedrooms (two 6’ doubles and three twins) and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Three bedrooms (one super-king-size double and two twins) and one separate family bathroom are on the first floor. |

|
|
The second floor has the impressively large master bedroom (with a super-king-size double bed) and en suite bathroom plus the fifth bedroom (two single beds) and an adjacent separate bathroom.
All the bathrooms have bath/shower combinations. |

The front of the house opens out to a large patio area with views of the gardens and pool. Equipped with garden furniture, the patio is the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts, lazy lunches and starlit suppers. La Résigné enjoys full sunshine all day long, although those guests who prefer to stay out of the sun will find plenty of natural shade in the garden.
From the rectangular swimming pool (13m x 6m), there are spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The pool has a large patio area with a gazebo for poolside shade. The patio is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and sunloungers.
